  By checking the contract terms in this form and submitting it online, I confirm that I have read and agree to the respective contract terms. I consent to the publication of photos, videos, and audio recordings created by me or in which I appear, and I commission Models Express in accordance with the terms outlined below.

  I declare to fill this form voluntary and by my own will.

  I acknowledge and accept that this contract is valid even without a physical signature and that submitting it online constitutes full legal agreement.

  This Declaration of Consent and Commissioning Agreement becomes effective upon submission via the online form by the model and confirmation by email from Models Express, and remains valid until terminated.

•  

  I hereby commission Models Express to market and monetize my photos, videos, audio recordings, and services such as modeling photoshoots. Models Express will not use my content for any other purpose outside the scope of this agreement.

•  

  My personal data will be processed in accordance with Models Express’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

  
  

•  

  I may request information about stored personal data, photos, videos, and audio recordings, provided Models Express has the technical ability to deliver the information.

  
  

•  

  I consent to Models Express managing my business email account provided by models-express.com on my behalf, including reading, replying to, and deleting messages as needed.

•  

  I authorize Models Express to receive payments on my behalf, limited to payments arising from contracts that have been mediated or concluded by Models Express in my name.

  
  

•  

  For its services, Models Express shall receive a 50% commission from the total amount collected on my behalf.

  
  

•  

  Models Express is authorized to deduct its agreed commissions, charges, downpayments or granted credits prior to transferring my share.

  
  

•  

  Models Express Payments to me will be made monthly, no later than the 15th day of the following month. I will receive an invoice detailing my earnings and the agency's commission.

  
  

•  

  I grant Models Express the unrestricted right to edit, reproduce, and distribute photos, videos, and audio recordings of me. This includes publication on the internet and in print media. Models Express may sublicense these rights to business partners.

  
  

•  

  I acknowledge that all intellectual property rights to content created or submitted under this agreement are transferred exclusively to Models Express.

  
  

•  

  This includes: 

  - Exclusive usage rights to any content produced by Models Express or its agents.

  - Exclusive usage rights to any content submitted by me to Models Express.

  
  

•  

  I will not publish or distribute any content submitted to Models Express through other platforms or media, either online or offline.

•  

  I authorize Models Express to acquire, mediate, and conclude contracts with clients on my behalf and to handle customer communication and complaints.

  
  

•  

  To support the agency’s efforts, I agree to produce weekly content according to the guidelines and scripts provided by Models Express. Content that does not meet the agency’s requirements or does not follow the provided scripts may be rejected and will not be monetized.

  
  

•  

  Prior to each shoot, I will participate in a briefing (in person or via video call), during which the client’s expectations will be explained and practiced through discussion and exercises.

  
  

•  

  I understand that I will not receive additional compensation for participation in these meetings, exercises, or the production of content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  
  

•  

  For physical shootings and video call sessions, I agree to follow the instructions of the Art Director.

  I accept that the Art Director or a supervisor may be present during my performance.

  If my performance is considered insufficient, or if I do not follow instructions, I understand that:

  • I may receive one warning
  • I will be asked to repeat the scene without additional payment

  If the repeated performance is still not satisfactory, I agree to leave the shooting setup immediately upon request of the Art Director or supervisor, without compensation.

  For online sessions only: I agree to be online at least 2 minutes before the scheduled appointment and remain available until the session ends.

  I understand that I will not receive compensation if I refuse a customer or do not perform as agreed.

  In case of a no-show or late arrival, I accept that Models Express may charge a reasonable amount, up to the value of the missed booking.

If the repeated performance is still not satisfactory, I agree to leave the shooting setup immediately upon request of the Art Director or supervisor, without compensation.

  The photos, videos, and audio recordings of me may be used for the following purposes:

   - Campaigns to promote me, my content and Models Express

   - Publication on online platforms (e.g., websites, social media, video channels, OnlyFans, etc.)

   - Creation and operation of social media profiles

   - Print and physical media (e.g., flyers, brochures, posters)

•  

  I agree to produce and publish content in the following categories (as selected below). I may refuse any tasks, scripts, or clients if I feel uncomfortable, without consequences.

  I request accommodation from Models Express on my working days (including a room for video calls or content production, as well as food, drinks, data, electricity, and a place to sleep).

  I understand that an additional 10% commission will apply for this service.

  While staying in the accommodation and waiting for customers, I agree to create additional content as requested by the Models Express Local manager, Art director or Supervisor.

  I also agree to share basic house responsibilities with other models.

  I will leave the accommodation on my days off and upon request by Models Express.

  I may withdraw my consent and terminate this agreement at any time in writing, effective for the future without notice and without the need to provide any explanation.

  Termination does require Models Express not to engage new publishing or distributing of content showing me exclusively. This provision is not applied on content showing me together with other persons.

  I agree to keep confidential all internal communications, negotiations, documents, content shoots, and the identities of customers and other models. I will not disclose any confidential information to third parties

  
  

•  

  I keep the addresses of shooting locations and/or Models Express accommodations confidential. I will not disclose them to anybody else.

  
  

•  

  I agree not to exchange personal contact details (such as phone number, email, or social media handles) or engage in direct business with any clients or leads provided by Models Express.

  
  

•  

  Any attempt to bypass Models Express by initiating or accepting direct contact or private agreements with such clients constitutes a serious breach of this agreement.

  
  

•  

  Models Express reserves the right to request immediate termination of any such contact or activities. I agree to comply without delay. I agree to compensate Models Express for missed revenues due to any bypassing attempt triple of the missed amount.

  I have the right to request performance reviews or feedback from Models Express.

  If any provision of this agreement is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

  If a model submits or signs multiple versions of this agreement, the most recently confirmed version by Models Express shall override and replace all previous versions.

  I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the Privacy Policy of Models Express.

  I agree Models Express and it's busines partners are contacting me by Whatsapp, E-mail or phone to get updates, feedback, information and bookings

  
  

•  

  I also accept the General Terms and Conditions of Models Express, which form an integral part of this agreement.

  I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, of legal age, and fully legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
