Form submissions, data processing and third-party integrations

When you submit a form on this website, technical metadata such as a unique submission ID, timestamp (Europe/Zurich timezone), device type, screen resolution, country, city and public IP address are recorded alongside your input.

This data is used solely for the purposes of application processing, fraud prevention, traceability and corrections of existing submissions.

Geolocation data (IP address, country, city) is securely retrieved through ipapi.co.

Form submissions are automatically processed via Make (former Integromat) and may be transferred to or stored in the following systems:

International data transfers

In the course of processing form submissions and communication, personal data may be transferred to service providers located outside Switzerland and the European Union/European Economic Area (EU/EEA), including the United States.

These data transfers occur only when necessary for the operation of our services — for example, when using Make (Integromat), Google Workspace (Gmail, Contacts, Sheets), or WhatsApp.

Where such transfers take place, they are carried out on the basis of standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and recognized by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

We take all reasonable measures to ensure that your personal data is treated securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, even when processed in countries that do not provide the same level of protection as Switzerland or the EU.
